Cheryl’s “BEE WELL” COLLECTION
Visual Identity, Patterns, Typography, Graphics, Packaging Design
The Cheryl’s “Bee Well” gift collection was created to comfort recipients that were sick, recovering from treatment, or in the hospital. I was asked to make the line bright, cheerful, and optimistic with an up-beat bee theme. It needed to be gender and age neutral, mostly relating to an adult recipient.
I created patterns and graphics inspired by honeycomb, flowers and the bee itself. I combined solid graphics, watercolor and pattern mixing to create fun, visual interest. The typography was a friendly, hand-written script. I also extended the messaging beyond “Bee Well,” adding “Bee Strong” and “Bee Happy” to expand the breadth of the collection.
