About Me

 

Hi, I’m Katie.

Art and creativity runs in my family, and it has been passed down through the generations. I can’t remember a time that I didn’t want to be a creative. As a kid, I spent most of my free time on crafts, art projects and sketching. I jumped at any and all chances to create. I am also passionate about creative problem solving. Once I discovered that graphic design combined both of those things, I never looked back. I went on to study it in college, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University. For over 15 years, I have been working as a graphic designer and art director. I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in marketing, branding, design and illustration.

When I’m not designing, you can find me spending time with family, working on my latest DIY projects, baking or traveling.
